Jour 2 – CASABLANCA – RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN

After breakfast, we start our discovery day starting by the economic capital of Morocco and its richness. If you are an architecture fan, you will get the chance to witness some great Mauresque facades in Casablanca’s downtown and also in the famous Hassan II Mosque, the second largest mosque in the world with a minaret of 210m. Afterwards, we will head to Rabat, the capital of Morocco and also an imperial city of Morocco. Rabat has several tourist attractions to offer such as Kasbah Oudayas that is one of the most visited and top sightseeing spots of the city with its architecture, blue washed streets and Andalusian gardens. Adding to that the famous Hassan II tour, the unfinished mosque that was planned to be the largest mosque of the world built by one of the royalties of Morocco. Après le petit déjeuner, nous commençons notre journée découverte à partir de la capitale économique du Maroc et de sa richesse. Si vous êtes fan d’architecture, vous aurez la chance de voir de grandes façades mauresques dans le centre-ville de Casablanca et aussi dans la célèbre mosquée Hassan II, la deuxième plus grande mosquée du monde avec un minaret de 210m. Ensuite, nous nous dirigerons vers Rabat, la capitale du Maroc et aussi une ville impériale du Maroc. Rabat a plusieurs attractions touristiques à offrir comme la Kasbah Oudayas qui est l’un des endroits les plus visités et les plus touristiques de la ville avec son architecture, ses rues bleues et ses jardins andalous. En plus de la célèbre tournée Hassan II, la mosquée inachevée qui devait être la plus grande mosquée du monde a été construite par l’une des royautés du Maroc. Un témoignage unique de la complexité de l’histoire royale marocaine Puis, notre prochaine étape sera à Chefchaouen où nous passerons la nuit dans un charmant riad.

Jour 3 – CHEFCHAOUEN – FEZ

 After breakfast, we will explore the blue pearl of the north of Morocco: Chefchaouen or Chaouen. All its buildings are blue, a small quiet town surrounded by nature and a relaxing atmosphere located in the Rif Mountains. It offers many Instagram able spots. We will explore its streets and the charming Kasbah of Chefchaouen back in the 15th century. Your day will be filled with sights, exploration, sounds, and smells of the medina. Afterwards, we will drive to the spiritual city, Fez to spend the night in a charming riad.

Jour 4 – CREUSONS DANS FEZ !

Après le petit déjeuner, nous commençons notre voyage à découvrir les différentes couches de Fès avec notre guide touristique local. Fez est aussi une ville impériale du Maroc fondée au 9ème siècle, contrairement aux autres, elle est la plus riche en termes d’histoire et de culture. Fez est aussi la capitale spirituelle du pays. Le fait qu’elle porte de nombreux noms prouve sa richesse et son authenticité. Avec notre visite guidée, nous aurons la chance de nous promener dans les rues fortifiées de la médina (qui signifie la vieille ville) et admirer son architecture, et les monuments historiques qui s’installent à chaque coin de rue. L’un des coins de la médina appelée Fès El Bali est considéré comme la plus grande médina intacte qui a survécu jusqu’à aujourd’hui dans le monde entier. La plus ancienne université du monde se trouve également à Fès. Nous passerons la journée à visiter la Madrassa Bou Inania, les tanneries, et le splendide Funduk Nejjarine avant de retourner à notre riad où nous apprécierons notre délicieux dîner marocain et passer la nuit dans un charmant riad.

Jour 5 – FEZ – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA

Après le petit déjeuner, notre longue route commencera à aller au désert du Sahara : la ville de Merzouga. Nous traverserons de nombreuses villes sur notre chemin à travers les montagnes de l’Atlas comme Ifrane également appelé la Suisse du Maroc en raison de sa nature exceptionnelle et les basses températures en hiver. Nous passerons ensuite par Azrou, connu pour son calme et sa forêt de cèdres habitée par des singes barbares en voie de disparition qui sont habitués aux gens.

Avant de rejoindre la zone pré-saharienne du Maroc, nous aurons notre déjeuner dans un village berbère pour prendre un peu d’air frais et de l’énergie pour aiguiser notre appétit par ce qui vient ensuite dans ce voyage. La première ville que nous traverserons juste après est Errachidia puis Erfoud, où les célèbres films hollywoodiens « The Mummy » et « Prince of Persia » ont été tournés. Il offre des vues impressionnantes des sillons de palmiers et des carrières de fossiles remarquables qui nous feront sentir le début de l’oasis saharienne du Tafilalt. Et comme Merzouga a de vastes dunes, votre souffle sera coupé par la vue imprenable que ces dunes offrent, apparaissant de l’horizon. Et enfin, le temps d’un trek en chameau est arrivé ! Nous continuerons notre exploration à dos de chameau à travers les magnifiques dunes de l’Erg Chebbi, les plus grandes dunes de sable du Maroc, et nous nous dirigerons ensuite vers notre camp où nous dînerons et passerons la nuit.

 En fin de journée, un simple regard vers le haut pour découvrir le ciel du désert du Sahara rempli d’étoiles, le rend digne du long voyage qu’il a fallu pour y être

Jour 6 – MERZOUGA – RISSANI – TODGHA GORGES – DADES

Après le petit déjeuner, notre voyage continue et nous emmène à Rissani, connu pour sa nature et sa faune. C’est aussi là où se trouvait autrefois Sijilmassa, le cœur du commerce de l’or en Afrique du Nord à travers le Sahara à l’époque médiévale. Nous visiterons le mausolée Moulay Ali Cherif ou ce qui est aussi appelé Zaouia Moulay Ali ash-Sharif où l’histoire se trouve en particulier si vous êtes un amoureux de l’architecture et de l’artisanat. Nous aurons la possibilité de passer par le Souk (marché) et le Foundouks où les ânes se réunissent. Vous aurez la possibilité d’acheter des souvenirs. Ensuite, nous continuerons jusqu’à Dades Valley en passant par les gorges de Todgha que les voyageurs appellent toujours le Colorado avec son haut plateau. Puis vient la vallée de Dades après avoir emprunté une route de mille kasbahs. Une visite aux vallées gorges de Dades est un must surtout pour les amoureux de la nature.

Jour 7 – DADES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH

Après le petit déjeuner, nous nous dirigerons vers Marrakech. Sur notre chemin, nous ne manquerons pas l’occasion de faire visiter la Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. Le patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO depuis 1987 est un ksar (village fortifié) qui a servi de halte stratégique pour les caravanes de chameaux, souvent au nombre de centaines, sur la route commerciale transsaharienne du Soudan à Marrakech transportant de l’or, de l’argent et des esclaves et revenant avec du sel. Une autre kasbah nous attend en passant par le col de Tizin’tchka, située dans le village de Telouet depuis le XVIIe siècle. Ensuite, nous continuerons à regarder les paysages que la route a à offrir, en particulier ceux des villages berbères, jusqu’à ce que nous arrivions à la célèbre Marrakech pour passer la nuit

Jour 8 – DÉCOUVRIR MARRAKECH

Après le petit déjeuner, notre découverte de la ville rouge commence. C’est aussi une ville impériale qui a tellement de potentiel à offrir. Où que vous soyez, les montagnes de l’Atlas resteront visibles. C’est la ville où la modernité rencontre les traditions. Elle a été fondée en 1062 ce qui explique sa diversité et son authenticité. Pour ne manquer aucune de ses attractions, nous aurons une visite guidée de la vieille ville. Notre guide nous permettra de visiter des monuments intéressants tels que la mosquée de Koutoubia, le palais de Bahia et la célèbre place Jamaa El Fna. L’autre partie de la ville s’appelle Gueliz, c’est là qu’il y a le Musée Yves Saint Laurent, les jardins du Jardin Majorelle (les jardins cachés) et les centres commerciaux

Jour 9 – MARRAKECH À ESSAOUIRA (NUIT OU EXCURSION)

Après le petit déjeuner, nous allons conduire à Essaouira ville ou Mogador comme il est connu pour ainsi. Il est situé sur la côte atlantique et est à 170 km de Marrakech. Nous pouvons nous arrêter sur notre chemin pour visiter une coopérative d’huile d’argan organique qui est une forme d’un musée en plein air. Les femmes vous montreront comment elles pressent traditionnellement les huiles des grains à l’aide de leurs outils anciens. En outre, nous pouvons également nous arrêter pour prendre des photos avec les chèvres par la route sur les arganiers. Puis vient Essaouira, la ville venteuse. Si vous êtes un fan de sports nautiques, il y a une chance pour vous d’essayer le kitesurf et la planche à voile à Essaouira. De plus, cette ville représente une véritable combinaison d’art et d’histoire. Nach dem Frühstück beginnen wir unsere Reise, um die verschiedenen Schichten von Fez mit unserem lokalen Reiseleiter zu entdecken. Fez ist auch eine Kaiserstadt von Marokko im 9. Jahrhundert gegründet, im Gegensatz zu den anderen, ist es die reichste in Bezug auf Geschichte und Kultur. Fez ist auch die spirituelle Hauptstadt des Landes. Tag 6 – MERZOUGA – RISSANI – TODGHA GORGES – DADES

Nach dem Frühstück fahren wir nach Marrakesch. Auf unserem Weg werden wir die Gelegenheit nicht verpassen, Kasbah Ait Benhaddou einen Besuch abzustatten. Das UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe seit 1987 ist ein ksar (befestigtes Dorf), das als strategischer Halt für Karawanen von Kamelen diente, die oft Hunderte zählten, auf der transsaharischen Handelsroute von Sudan nach Marrakesch, die Gold, Silber und Sklaven transportierten und mit Salz zurückkehrten. Eine weitere Kasbah erwartet uns auf unserem Weg über den Tizin’tchka-Pass. Diese Kasbah im Dorf Telouet befindet sich seit dem 17. Jahrhundert dort. Danach schauen wir uns die Landschaften an, die die Straße zu bieten hat, insbesondere die der Berberdörfer, bis wir im berühmten Marrakesch ankommen, um die Nacht zu verbringen

Tag 8 – ENTDECKEN SIE MARRAKESCH

Día 1 – LLEGADA A CASABLANCA

Día 2 – CASABLANCA – RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN

After breakfast, we start our discovery day starting by the economic capital of Morocco and its richness. Afterwards, we will head to Rabat, the capital of Morocco and also an imperial city of Morocco. Después del desayuno, comenzamos nuestro día de descubrimiento a partir de la capital económica de Marruecos y su riqueza. Día 4 – VAMOS A CAVAR EN FEZ !

Después del desayuno, comenzamos nuestro viaje descubriendo las diferentes capas de Fez con nuestro guía local. Fez es también una ciudad imperial de Marruecos fundada en el siglo IX, a diferencia de los demás, es la más rica en términos de historia y cultura. Fez es también la capital espiritual del país. Día 5 – FEZ – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA

Después del desayuno, nuestro largo viaje comenzará a ir al desierto del Sahara: la ciudad de Merzouga. Cruzaremos muchas ciudades en nuestro camino a través de las montañas del Atlas, como Ifrane también llamada la Suiza de Marruecos debido a su naturaleza excepcional y baja temperatura durante el invierno. También pasaremos por Azrou a continuación, conocido por su tranquilidad y bosque de cedros habitados por monos berberiscos en peligro de extinción que están acostumbrados a la gente.

Después del desayuno, nuestro viaje continúa y nos lleva a Rissani, conocido por su naturaleza y vida silvestre. También es donde lo que una vez fue Sijilmassa, el corazón del comercio de oro del norte de África a través del Sahara en la época medieval. Visitaremos el mausoleo de Moulay Ali Cherif o lo que también se llama Zaouia Moulay Ali ash-Sharif donde la historia se encuentra dentro, especialmente si eres un amante de la arquitectura y la artesanía. Tendremos la posibilidad de pasar por el Zoco (mercado) y Foundouks donde se reúnen los burros. Tendrá la posibilidad de comprar algunos recuerdos. Después, continuaremos hacia el valle de Dades pasando por las gargantas de Todgha que los viajeros siempre llaman Colorado con su altiplano. Luego viene el Valle del Dades después de recorrer un camino de mil kasbahs. Una visita a las gargantas del Dades es una visita obligada especialmente para los amantes de la naturaleza.

Día 7 – VALLE DADES – OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH

Después del desayuno, nos dirigiremos a Marrakech. En nuestro camino, no perderemos la oportunidad de dar Kasbah Ait Benhaddou una visita. El patrimonio mundial de la UNESCO desde 1987 es un ksar (pueblo fortificado) que sirvió como parada estratégica para caravanas de camellos, a menudo de cientos, en la ruta comercial transahariana de Sudán a Marrakech que transportan oro, plata y esclavos y regresan con sal. Otra kasbah nos espera en nuestro camino a través del paso de Tizin’tchka. Esta kasbah ubicada en el pueblo de Telouet ha estado allí desde el siglo XVII. Después, seguiremos contemplando los paisajes que el camino tiene para ofrecer, especialmente los de los pueblos bereberes, hasta llegar a la famosa Marrakech para pasar la noche

Día 8 – Descubramos Marrakech

Después del desayuno, comienza nuestro descubrimiento de la ciudad roja. También es una ciudad imperial que tiene mucho potencial para ofrecer. Donde quiera que estés, las montañas del Atlas permanecerán visibles. Es la ciudad donde la modernidad se encuentra con las tradiciones. Fue fundada en 1062 lo que explica su diversidad y autenticidad. Para no perderse ninguno de sus atractivos, tendremos una visita guiada al casco antiguo. Nuestro guía turístico nos permitirá visitar monumentos interesantes como la Mezquita de Koutoubia, el Palacio de la Bahía y la famosa Plaza Jamaa El Fna. La otra parte de la ciudad se llama Gueliz, aquí es donde se encuentra el Museo Yves Saint Laurent, los jardines del Jardín Majorelle (los jardines ocultos) y los centros comerciales

Día 9 – MARRAKECH A ESSAOUIRA (NOCHE O EXCURSIÓN)

Después del desayuno, nos dirigiremos a la ciudad de Essaouira o Mogador, ya que es conocido por también. Se encuentra en la costa atlántica y está a 170 km de Marrakech. Podemos detenernos en nuestro camino para visitar una cooperativa de aceite de argán orgánico que es una forma de un museo al aire libre. Day 3 – CHEFCHAOUEN – FEZ

 After breakfast, we will explore the blue pearl of the north of Morocco: Chefchaouen or Chaouen. All its buildings are blue, a small quiet town surrounded by nature and a relaxing atmosphere located in the Rif Mountains. It offers many Instagram able spots. We will explore its streets and the charming Kasbah of Chefchaouen back in the 15th century. Your day will be filled with sights, exploration, sounds, and smells of the medina. Afterwards, we will drive to the spiritual city, Fez to spend the night in a charming riad.

Day 4 – LET’S DIG INTO FEZ !

After breakfast, we start our journey discovering the different layers of Fez with our local tour guide. Fez is also an imperial city of Morocco founded in the 9th century, unlike the others, it is the richest in terms of history and culture. Fez is also the spiritual capital of the country. The fact that she holds many names proves its richness and authenticity. With our guided tour, we will get the chance to wander around the high-walled streets of the medina (which means the old city) and admire its architecture, and historic monuments that are settling around every corner. One of the corners of the medina called Fez El Bali is thought to be the largest intact medina that survived until today in the whole world. The oldest university of the world also is found in Fez. We will spend the day visiting Madrassa Bou Inania, the tanneries, and the splendid Funduk Nejjarine before going back to our riad where we will enjoy our delicious Moroccan dinner and spend the night in a charming riad.

Day 5 – FEZ – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA

After breakfast, our long drive will start to go to the Sahara Desert: Merzouga city. We will be crossing many cities on our way through the Atlas Mountains such as Ifrane also called the Switzerland of Morocco due to its outstanding nature and low temperature during winter. We will also pass through Azrou next, known for its calmness and cedar forest inhabited by endangered barbary monkeys that are used to people.

Before joining the pre-Saharan zone of Morocco, we will have our lunch in a Berber village to catch some fresh air and energy to whet our appetite by what’s coming next in this trip. The first city we will be crossing right after is Errachidia then Erfoud, where the famous hollywood films “The Mummy” and “Prince of Persia” were filmed. It offers impressive views of the palm grooves and remarkable fossil quarries that will let us sense and feel the beginning of the Saharan Oasis of Tafilalt. And as Merzouga has vast dunes, your breath will be taken away by the stunning view these dunes offer, appearing from the horizon. And finally, the time for a camel trek has arrived! We will continue our exploration on a camel ride through the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes, the largest sand dunes of Morocco, and head afterwards to our camp where we will have our dinner and spend the night.

 In the end of the day, a simple look up to experience the star filled Sahara desert sky, makes it worthy of the long trip it took to be there

Day 6 – MERZOUGA – RISSANI – TODGHA GORGES – DADES

After breakfast, our journey continues and takes us to Rissani, known for its nature and wildlife. It is also where what was once Sijilmassa, the gold trade heart of north Africa across the Sahara in medieval times. We will visit the Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum or what’s also called Zaouia Moulay Ali ash-Sharif where history lies within especially if you are an architecture and craftsmanship lover. We shall have the possibility to stop by the Souk (market) and Foundouks where donkeys gather. You will have the possibility to buy some souvenirs. Afterwards, we will continue to Dades Valley passing through Todgha gorges that travelers always refer to as Colorado with its high plateau. Then comes the Dades Valley after going along a road of thousand Kasbahs. A visit to Dades gorges valleys is a must especially for nature lovers.

Day 7 – DADES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we will head to Marrakech. On our way, we will not miss the opportunity to give Kasbah Ait Benhaddou a visit. The world UNESCO heritage since 1987 is a ksar (fortified village) that served as a strategic stop for caravans of camels, often numbering hundreds, on the trans-Saharan trade route from Sudan to Marrakech carrying gold, silver, and slaves and returning with salt. Another kasbah awaits us on our way via Tizin’tchka pass. This kasbah located in Telouet village has been there since the 17th century. Afterwards, we will keep gazing at the landscapes the road has to offer, especially those of berber villages, until we arrive at the famous Marrakech to spend the night

Day 8 – LET’S DISCOVER MARRAKECH

After breakfast, our discovery of the red city starts. It is also an imperial city that has so much potential to offer. Wherever you are, the Atlas Mountains will remain visible. It is the city where modernity meets traditions. It was founded back in 1062 which explains its diversity and authenticity. To not miss any of its attractions, we will have a guided tour to the old town. Our tour guide will let us visit interesting monuments such as Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace and the famous Jamaa El Fna Square. The other part of the city is called Gueliz, this is where there is the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, Jardin Majorelle gardens (the hidden gardens) and shopping malls

Day 9 – MARRAKECH TO ESSAOUIRA (OVERNIGHT OR EXCURSION)

After breakfast, we will drive to Essaouira city or Mogador as it is known for as well. It is located on the Atlantic coast and is 170 km far from Marrakech. We may stop on our way to visit an Organic Argan Oil Cooperative that is a form of an open-air museum. Women will show you how they traditionally hand press oils from the kernels using their ancient tools. Besides, we may also stop to take pictures with the goats by the road on argan trees. Then comes Essaouira, the windy city. If you are a water sport fan, there is a chance for you to try some kitesurfing and windsurfing in Essaouira. Additionally, this city represents a real combination of art and history. This is represented in the local’s way of life that is remarkable in the souk (traditional market) which sparkles with colors and historical handicrafts.We will cease the opportunity to wander between the old Medina walls and get the chance to devour the delicious fresh seafood in the fishing market Overnight in Essaouira in a charming Riad
